    A federal judge
    Pathetic reporting:
What judge? Who appointed/nominated this judge?

This is probably one of the worst immigration courts around, since it's packed with Democrat appointees.

...Charlotte, immigration court ... opening on November 4, 2008.[/b]

The judges in that court are:

    V. Stuart Couch
(Attorney General Eric Holder appointed Judge Couch in October 2010.)

    Theresa Holmes-Simmons
The Honorable Theresa Holmes-Simmons served as an immigration judge at the New York Immigration Court for 10 years prior to arriving in Charlotte(200 for the opening of the new court. Appointed in 1998 (during the Clinton administration so she was probably appointed by Janet Reno)

    Barry Pettinato
(was appointed by Attorney General Eric Holder in November 2009)
