Sorry, Zeezil, but when is a child born on US soil not a citizen, according to the wonderful 14th amendment? I am sure the Supreme Court would love to hear arguments of this one about BHO's dual citizenship. If I am not mistaken, that is also a choice that natural-born and naturalized citizens can. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, but Obama father's country considered him a citizen automatically from what I have read about his father's country.

But onto true illegal criminal aliens were both parents are not legally in America and produce anchor babies...is the true problem we are having.

McCain's birth is questionable the most, and we ignore it. If born in a German hospital you are naturalized citizen so what about the rental territory of the canal where McCain was born. Why didn't his parents fly inconus to have him? McCain's parents had the money and means to do so why weren't they thinking long term? Didn't it matter to them? It matters NOW.

I truly do not want either as President.

I agree, vmonkey56. We have two totally unacceptable candidates for prez. But with this choice, it has to be the lesser of two looming evils. I am still voting for Ron Paul, and I want to see Joe Arpaio as a vice president. But then there is a party puppet (McCain) whose birth is also in question, and a magna cum laude Harvard law graduate (Obama) which proves this guy has a brain that is a very scary free-thinker. It seems like there is very little hope for a country that Mr. Bush and his gang have done so much to destroy.
