    Forget all these proposals except the one that puts troops on the borders.

    I don't think we need new law to do that. I think we can put troops on our borders to protect and defend the United States now and then just get a funding bill. Funding bills are no problem....they just borrow the money anyway....and THIS TIME, we'd actually get something in return.

    Is McChertoff still here? What happened? Wouldn't the Irish accept him as my special gift?
