A man from Houston was arrested Tuesday after police say he traveled to Marlin to have sex with a 10- year old girl.

Marlin police say Isidro Rios first met the girl while she was visiting her aunt in Houston.


Investigators say Rios traveled with friends to the girl's home in marlin to see the girl again.


Officers say the 10-year old called police after Rios allegedly made several sexually explicit comments. Investigators say Rios is an illegal immigrant.


Officers say they don't know if he is a sex offender.

Just another case of these parasites in this area. (I live not far from Marlin) Had another case in Mexia where two of these illegals beat and raped a 16yr old girl and left her for dead. Had a friends daughter killed several weeks ago by a drunk illegal and the list goes on... This just in a small area of central Texas, and I am sure the list is a lot longer. What will it take to make people stand up against this?
