Thread: Child-rape suspect tells police he has HIV

Oh my god, that is the worse of the worse here! That poor little girl. I don't know what else to say except when is our government going to listen to all these stories about rapes, murders, etc.??

Many states can and/or do prosecute persons in this situation with attempted murder or similar charges - to help ensure a lengthy prison sentence (eg. to keep this kind of offender off the streets as long as possible).

I hope this chump gets what he deserves.
