That's two more Americans slaughtered at the hands of illegal invaders.

Tamaj Felix was in court last Thursday, pleading guilty to driving without a license.

Yet another illegal invader, allowed to slip through the hands of justice, who then goes on to kill an American citizen only a week later. Why wasn't this illegal invader arrested and deported when he appeared in court that day?

These people have no respect for our laws and are making a mockery of our judical system.

Its ashame but you see more and more of this everyday.Until they start doing something about illegals it wont stop but just get worse.Instead of deporting these let them stay in the big house.The american prisoners love to mess them up they dont like em either.The police can pull more than half of them over and they wont have a license or insurance.But once again if they do they are racially profiling.

O.K. I just got off the phone with the court clerk in my town about that case I just posted on. She said they used to call I.C.E. but dont bother anymore, because they dont do anything. Woman sounded as disgusted as we are.

Very sad. You know what makes matters worse, the illegal alien advocates will twist these incidents into a reason of why it would be beneficial to give illegals a license. Of coure they'll completely ignore the fact that these illegals were drunk. No license is going to control a persons drinking habits!

Two more deaths that probably wouldn't have happened if our border was secure and the feds took interior enforcement more seriously.

Same way here in my town Shelbyville KY.i have talked to alot of cops here and they say the samething ice wont even bother and now these cops dont either unless its a violent crime.Shelbyville has been called little mexico for years now and its a crying shame You go to walmart or the flea market and they are over run with hispanics the crime wave has grown tremendlesly.

Losing an only child to an illegal alien and dealing with a wife in the hospital with serious injuries could ellicit thoughts of Old West justice. Many of these illegals have the brain capacity of a worm and they drive like they do in Mexico, without paying attention, drunk, no license and without obeying traffic laws, without common sense. Good thing it's not all of them. Why this plague is allowed to continue is beyond logic.

Illegal Immigrant Indicted In Deadly Hit & Run

The driver accused of hitting a mother and her son in a crosswalk faces more than 21 years in prison, if he's convicted.

Today, a grand jury indicted Rodolfo Temaj-Felix on charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault.

The prosecutor's office, says Temaj-Felix had a blood alcohol content of point 213 when he hit Niya Taylor and her three year old son Shakir West.

They were crossing Westwood Avenue to get to Shakir's daycare.

The little boy died on impact.

Taylor remains in serious condition with several broken bones.

Temaj-Felix is an illegal immigrant who does not have a drivers license.
