I've worked in a school lunch room. Most of the food is thrown away because the kids won't eat it.

I predict that the next thing they'll propose is weekend breakfasts, lunches and suppers. Oh wait they already do that with the backpack program where they fill backpacks for kids with food for weekend meals.
