So, what does it all mean? It means that we, YOU AND ME, have alot of work to do. No matter where you are, you have major work to do. I want to once again warn against being naive. But this time, I have a different twist.

With the events of the last week, I would be remiss not to issue my standard warning. Please, and I do mean PLEASE, do not take a trip down here in October thinking you are going to Arizona way back when earlier this year. Those days are gone. This issue has taken on such meaning in the hearts of everday Americans that I am some what pleased this weekend. My challenge to each of you this week: "Each one teach one". Hip one person to ALIPAC. If each one of us tells someone, anyone, about our PAC, it will pay off. Let's don't let others come here only in pure desparation in the middle of the night like I did back in May. We are not the criminals, hell, the ILLEGAL SWINE DISEASE CARRYING, BABY HAVING, COP KILLING, WOMAN RAPING, CRIMINAL CLASS, HOSPITAL BUSTING ILLGEAL ALIENS ARE

We are the American People. We ARE the land of the FREE, the home of the BRAVE.

I welcome you to come to TEXAS in OCTOBER. We need all the "support" we can get. Bail money. Legal fees. Doctors and nurses. But, we do not need you coming here looking to see sights. I guarantee that you will be the SIGHT. Have you ever seen a ranch on t.v.? Good, then you have seen the ranches along the border. So, if that is your motivation, and I am not knocking it, stay at home and watch Lou Dobbs. That is reasonable. However, we that live here, were born here, educated, married, had children, and love it HERE, do not want to get anyone hurt. First of all, if you show up here, at least be a southerner Oh, it's cool with ME if you come from Illinois or Vermont. But my fellow TEXANS are not as, let's say, not as enlightened as I am The alliances we make have more to do with TEXAS than they ever will more to do with outside humanity.

If you decide to come just know this: things are more likely than not to get violent. I did not make the rules, I just live here.
We are a VIOLENT people by necessity We always have been, and we always will BE It does not bother me cause I grew up with it. My first memory as a child is the killing, murder is more like it, of J.F.K. downtown in 22 November 1963. Imagine what life was like for a seven year old black boy on that day. It shaped who and what I am just as it would have done to those of you in Raleigh, my second favorite city in N.C. behind ASHVILLE. But hey, you grow up where you grow up. 8)

You could very well lose your life here in OCTOBER WE KNOW THAT. Nobody is going to say nothing if you don't show. We understand that we are not the WHOLE U.S. I just don't want to anyone to think that iced tea and quiche is going to be the deal here. If you do want to come, and mean bidness, then COME ON DOWN. A good time will be had by all. All except the ILLEGAL VERMIN coming over OUR border during that time.

I was talking to my good friend, mentor, and confidante, JUDY, the other night. She said something like "God help us". I said something like "Why would he"? After all, we took GOD out of the schools, and the kids today show it. The only time we trust in GOD is when we spend a dollar and it says "In God We Trust" on it. We have aborted MILLIONS of young AMERICANS. You can't put up the ten commandments anywhere. Then it hit me: We as a nation did these things, and most of us were not old enough to know what was going down. When Roe v. Wade was decided, I was a junior in high school. But now we are old enough to something. Frankly, I will never have an abortion As a health care worker, I can certainly see why a woman might want to do that. And it is up to the WOMAN!!!! I don't think men should be making rules for women that do not effect both genders. But that is only an example.

A lot of things that are now do not stay that way. We are the PEOPLE NOW.
Any and all changes that need to be bought forward needs to come from US. That is why WE, black and white, young and old, need to get this train back on track. I know we CAN do it. The question is WILL we do it. I am not a romanticist, but I am a realist, and I think that we CAN. I personally belive that we can make a difference in how our nation handles this issue.
Apparently, we are having an impact as it is. Let us not take that for granted, but rather take it to the hearts and souls of our fellow CITIZENS.
We need to have the same fervor about taking it to our sworn enemy as well. The days or wine and roses are over. It is time to dig in and stand for our heritage. Our birth right. Our NATION.
