Sadly their groups are getting government funding that allows them to file these law suits. All the while groups, such as ours, must rely on contributions and can't fiscally afford to file such actions.

Both sides get to present their arguments to the judge in any suit. The judge is supposed to listen to both sides and then make his decision based on the law. So who presents the arguments, what they say and how they say it is more important than who filed the suit. But who the judge is is also very important too.

The timetable for federal court action on Arizona's controversial new immigration law picked up considerably Friday as opponents of the measure are now asking a federal judge to issue an injunction stopping the law from taking effect as scheduled. . .

Good find, JohnDoe2. There is hope. Things like that should be in an amicus curiae brief...I don't know if you have to be an officer of the court to file one or not.

At least Latinos are admitting that there are lots of Latino illegal aliens. Should police officers never attempt to ask for identification from Hispanic people because to do so would be racial profiling? Well guess what? Most of the illegal aliens in the country are Hispanic. And what does our Constitution have to do with illegal aliens rights?
HOW CAN THEY HAVE ANY RIGHTS AT ALL SINCE THEY ARE ILLEGAL IMO, THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS AT ALL IN THIS COUNTRY BECAUSE OF THEIR ILLEGAL STATUS
