    Will she make that retroactive?
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

Yes, but only to illegals that apply that are now less that 99 years of age and can find a minimum of one other illegal to swear that they were born here but their parents forgot to file the paperwork to process their citizenship

Ok folks, when was the constitution amended to take out article 1 section 9?

No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
An ex post facto law (Latin for "from a thing done afterward" or "after the deed"), also known as a retrospective law, is a law that acts retroactively, affecting facts or legal relationships that existed prior to the enactment of the law. ...

A bill of attainder (or act of attainder) was an act of legislature declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime, and punishing them, without benefit of a trial. The United States Constitution in Article 1 Section 9 explicitly forbids Congress to pass any bills of attainder, while they were abolished in the United Kingdom in 1870.

Sometimes I feel like all of these amnesties are bills of attainder against citizens Only problem is, convince a court that they are.

Any retroactive provision in the BAD DREAM ACT imho would be an Ex post facto law.

I am frustrated as Hades that our constitution is continually being raped and nobody really seems to care. Does anybody know what happened to the 10th amendment?

Of course this will be retroactive and the form you fill out will only be printed in a foreign language and the rest of us will be turned down for not filling out the form properly because we could not speak the language. Oh and if we complain, we are racists.
