CLINTON APPOINTED JUDGE GUTTED ARIZONA IMMIGRATION LAW

Please let me get this off my chest! Governor Jan Brewer and the citizens of Arizona don’t hate poor people, illegal aliens, or the law! They had been desperately waiting for the federal law, immigration law to actually be enforced regarding their state but it hasn’t been. And they have been crashing and burning. Arizona has found itself in the lead with home invasions, drug runners and murderers.

We all know by now, for those of you who actually prefer the truth that the Arizona immigration law was simply a clone of the federal law that has been on the books for the last 60 years. There was nothing draconian, magical, conspiratorial, racist or ugly about Arizona’s version. It only empowered the authorities to pursue asking for proof of citizenship status if other behavior was suspicious and against the law. It was NEVER about profiling or stopping Hispanics at random!

Following the approval of this desperately needed intervention by the most brave and serving Governor in the country, Jan Brewer, the shredding started and grew by this administration and media. Obama, aligning himself with the Government of Mexico sued her and the people of Arizona over the law. Wackoid, liberal groups and President Obama cried racist, rights violation, profiling….bla bla and bla, as he and his cronies legally betrayed one of their own Governors and states! I find this one act impeachable myself.

Now the circus of fools and betrayal continues with the ruling of District Judge Susan Bolton.

Bolton should be shamed out of her profession for basically gutting the Arizona law. She has said that authorities can’t ask for verification of immigration status and can’t ask for immigration papers. She has also said it is not illegal for an illegal alien to solicit work. Finally, she has implied the Arizona law is a ‘scheme’ regulating employment of illegal aliens. She neutered it and no doubt appeals and fights will continue over this absurd ruling.

News flash for those who are the real racists, law and right haters of the American people:

• Having your home broken into and robbed by an illegal alien is a crime.

• Being murdered on your ranch by illegal aliens for trying to feed your cattle is a crime.

• Leaving needles and truck loads of litter all over your property is a crime.

• Clogging and bankrupting schools, hospitals and services state by state is a crime.

• Is it racist to notice that 1/3rd of illegals make up our prison population?

No one I know wants to hurt poor people! However, it is not racist or a crime to want to stay alive, avoid home invasions, rape and try and save your state budget.

It is a crime however in my opinion for this President and Judge Susan Bolton to rule against their own people and persecute them publicly.

The behavior of this President and supporting sell outs, such as Judge Bolton, make the Gambino Crime family look like Mother Theresea. All the empathy with this Judge and administration lies on the side of law breakers, crooks and everyone BUT the American people in REAL NEED OF CHANGE.

The spanking in the mid terms will be huge and butts are going to be red from the beating. It’s about time and it is coming!

Bolton is just one of many in the long line of Clinton appointed judges who have blocked immigration enforcement and voter ID laws.

The sue happy Liberals already have a list of friendly judges (appointed by Clinton and a few of Carter's are still around doing damage too) where they file these lawsuits in their courts. That's why Bolton pulled the other Arizona laws over into her court with a legal maneuver. She snatched them up to insure they get the hacked to pieces.

We know the Democrats believe that the Constitution is not literal but to be liberally interpreted.
