    The governments of the United States and Mexico say they will start a pilot program using a cross-border satellite tracking system to track trucks.

    Mexican trucks transporting good within the U.S. will be outfitted with global positioning systems with real-time tracking.

    Although efforts have stalled to allow Mexican trucks beyond border areas into the U.S., free-trade advocates and the Bush administration say the tracking program will help facilitate their efforts.

    Track them so they know where to find the wreaks they cause? Get those trucks off my road!
