Cocaine Worth $3.5 Million Seized Saturday

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the San Luis Commercial port of entry stopped a truck with over 387 pounds of cocaine.
On Saturday , a 37-year old San Luis , Rio Colorado , Mexico man attempted to enter the U.S. through the truck lane. A narcotics detection dog alerted to the trailer and the man and his vehicle were referred to secondary inspection. Officers found the cocaine and arrested the driver. The cocaine is valued at more than $3.52 million.

San Luis, Ariz. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers working at the San Luis II Commercial Port prevented a large narcotics smuggling attempt Saturday by seizing more than 387 pounds of cocaine hidden in a tractor trailer.
