New Fraud Being Perpetrated Upon American Sovereignty

HISTORY

Arizona has the most effective, non-discriminatory employer sanctions law in the nation. It has been upheld in four court challenges. The Legal Arizona Workers Act, which went into effect Jan. 1, 2008, requires all Arizona employers to use the E-Verify program. E-Verify is an essential tool to assure a legal workforce. It achieves an accuracy rate of 97 percent by matching names, birth dates, social security numbers and, in some instances, photos for job seekers.

As early as October of 2007, before the new law went into effect, Arizona saw positive results. Illegal workers were leaving voluntarily. Fraudulent documents and identity theft that were previously used were no longer enough to obtain employment.

The Stop Illegal Hiring Act (Prop 202) was drafted for a consortium of businesses, chambers of commerce, and trade associations seeking an endless supply of cheap illegal labor. Those organizations would profit from a modern-day form of slavery - exploiting illegal aliens. Those same groups were responsible for legal efforts which were rejected by District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court.

When legal challenges were thrown out, those groups devised Stop Illegal Hiring. This brilliant scheme is so deceptive. It counts on Arizona voters to only read the title and not pay attention to the contents. These authors of this proposition believe that the 70-75 percent of Arizona voters who want only legal workers employed will not look at the details.

It is up to Arizona voters to recognize deception and deceit.

This is asking alot from the same state that kept the Rino Juan McAmnesty in office .

I have no hope that either McCain or Obama would oppose any of this, and am afraid that they may think it is such a good idea that it will become national law. While it is getting more and more evident the normal American people don't earn enough to give large contributions to political campaigns because they are just trying to feed the family, companies hiring and benefitting from cheap illegals have that extra cash. It is all about money, just like Dick Cheney's behind-closed-door meetings with oil companies to plan the national energy policy.

American sovereignty is under serious attacks in more ways then one. I too would like to have faith that the American people would kick these criminals out of office this Nov. If I was blessed with the opportunity, I would NOT and I mean never ever sell out this country. It IS a disgrace what the elites are doing to this Republic.

Unfortunately, the money bags are totally for the country having to ignore its laws just to make them feel comfortable and profitable. It is always about campaign contributions and the sway of the elites over us little people.

You may want to add something about the Jamiel's Law and asked folks to contact friends in LA to sign the petition.

And asked all your helpers in PA to get the word out that you support petition of Jamiel's Law in LA. If this becomes Law it will help the entire country.
