Thread: Congress to hold hearings in September concerning Elvira

Can you all believe this? this was announced on Geraldo At Large tonight. This hearing is suppose to take place in September along with one of their marches and boycott. Will someone Please tell me what country is our government work for Mexico or the U.S and its legal citizens? This situation gets worse every day. Elvira even wanted to take her case to the speaker of the house. This is not our country anymore, how on earth could we all have been so dumb to think that it was? If this woman is allowed to come back into this country just because of the son she left behind, I do believe there will be some trouble. This is all Bush's fault right along with a deomcratic senate and congress. They all will be job hunting in 09 as well they should be.

Of course, GERALDO, would be the one to announce it. Is Geraldo on the La Raza payroll these days?

Why arent we having hearings on how many American Citizens have been murdered at the hands of ILLEGALS! (Which by the way would have benn 100% preventable)
Why aren't there hearings on how many greedy employers are hiring ILLEGALS instead of Americans !
Why aren't we having hearings on how our schools are being dumbed down so ILLEGALS can put their kids in our schools at American Taxpayer Expense!
Why aren't we having hearings about WHY THERE IS ONLY 17 MILES OF FENCE BUILT SINCE LAST YEAR !!!
I could go on but you get the picture!!

What are these hearing supposed to be about? Surely there isn't any doubt as to the neccessity to deport her! The rule of law demanded it. Actually, she should have been sent straight to prison. Who in the Congress is arranging this so-called hearing?

Is the Senate or the House holding the hearing and in what committee?

This congresswoman can hold her hearing to placate the extremist pro-illegal alien crowd, but the fact remains that Americans wholeheartedly support deporting the illegal alien felon, and want to do away with the abusive use of the "anchor baby" scheme. The pols know this.

I think they are just trying to appease these pro-Illegals to shut them up.I don't think this will go far at all.......The House immigration committee has some staunch Anti-Illegal Reps. on it .

We should flood their offices again and make known our feelings that Evlira should not be a part of any hearing. An arm of the government, ICE, has executed their prescribed duties pursuant to a court order. From all appearances, they carried them out efficiently and flawlessly. There is nothing to investigate.

It is time to ignore Elvira and her issue. Let them return to their rightful place in obscurity.
