There is a you tube video that just came out with El Presidente Calderon making a speech about the productivity of illegal Mexicans here in America. It just amazes me like you wouldn’t believe at some of the crap that these people will dish out to excuse massive criminal behavior. If you can’t watch it, he basically says that the average illegal Mexican here is 40% more productive that the American worker is. Lol. This is a statement from the leader of Mexico, a country that has been in existence twice as long as the United States. A country that cannot do nothing but cry about the abuse it has to take from it’s big bad neighbor to the north. The country of Mexico is the epitome of a dysfunctional family.

One question right off the bat for the esteemed El Presidente of Mexico. If that statement is correct then why is your own country nothing but a third world cesspool? Can you answer that please? Because I am having problems seeing your viewpoint. Mainly because, it seems like to me is that it is America and not Mexico that powers the world economy. At least the last time I checked we were, unless something has changed lately. Like in the last few hours, I read an article just this morning that says that Americans stay in the office longer, at the factory longer and on the farm longer than any in Europe and most other rich nation’s workers do. And we also get more done every hour. And guess what? Mexico didn’t appear anywhere on the list where I checked. So, where are the Mexican products filling store shelves and showrooms all over the world? Where are the Mexican made products like jumbo jets, rockets and satellites and every other item in the manufacturing dictionary? I don’t remember seeing any. To tell the truth the only thing I ever see from your country is illegal aliens and they are everywhere. It seems to me like you need to get your facts in order. Maybe you should be trying to get your own mess squared away instead of encouraging more of your countrymen to come here illegally. By the way, what were all these millions of hard working people doing before they stole across our border?

It was American workers who produced the economy to win a world war back in the 1940’s, not Mexican workers. Oh, by the way, we won it too. And where was Mexico then? Of the hundreds of books that I read about that war the only Mexicans that fought were in the American military not the military of Mexico. I don’t remember reading about any campaigns that Mexican military units fought in either in the European theater or the South Pacific. In fact the only thing that I read these days about the Mexican military is how they are escorting drug shipments into America from your country. The only thing that I hear from you and other do-nothing Mexican leaders is to blame my country for your faults with every breath you take. You condemn my country while at the same time encouraging even more of your countrymen to break our laws. You need to use all that energy that you expend blaming us for your problems and use it to make your country more productive. If your people work so hard then they should be in their own country working and not displacing American workers and driving down our wages.

The American people are completely fed up with you and all the people here that support you, be it politicians or the employers breaking our laws. And all for the almighty dollar. Damn our country, damn our laws, it is the bottom line that counts and to hell with anything to do with making this a better country for it’s citizens. I am sick and fed up with having to go out into the real world, day after day, week after week and compete against companies that aren’t even supposed to be in business. I am sick and tired of losing work to people that according to our laws are not even supposed to be here. I am tired of our laws not being enforced, I am tired of looking at contractors and subcontractors so blatantly breaking our laws and none of them ever being brought to account. And I am not by myself, there are millions upon millions of Americans that are just as fed up, if not more than I am. And there are one hell of a lot more of us than there are of you.

Americans, given the chance, will work you or any of your compadres into the ground any day, any time. Just name the place. Of course, it will probably have to be somewhere in America, because of two things, one is you do not have any competent enough businesses located in Mexico, and two, most of your countrymen are here, illegally, in my country. So whenever you want to put your money where your mouth is, just let me know. One thing though, I won’t be able to bet you very much money because my business is being stolen away from me by your hardworking illegal compadres that will work for less than half of what I can afford to charge. And I am one of those proud Americans that, even though my business might be going under, I will never ask my government for a free handout. I can’t say the same about your illegal Mexicans here though, because they are trying to bleed America dry, and well on their way to doing it. With the permission and complicity of our government. So try to take those millions of illegals back home, you know the ones that I am talking about, those who are 40% more productive than we are and fixing your own countries problems and keep your nose and mouth out of ours. Except for Saturday Night Live, of course, because you would fit right in with the cast.

loneprotestor...the biggest problem I have with the claims that the illegals from Mexico are so much more "productive" than American workers is that what they "produce" with their labor is, in some ways, almost inconsequential.

I mean, okay. So the illegals work really hard at cleaning hotel rooms and washing dishes in restaurants. Or maybe they're very arduous lettuce pickers.

Or maybe they even do a darned hard day's labor hanging drywall.

But the point is that our country didn't become as great as it is due to masses of uneducated, low-skilled (or even unskilled) workers populating our cities. The United States became great because it had so many pioneering, intelligent, forward-thinking citizens (native born and legal immigrants) who SHAPED this fine country into the BEST place in the world to live.

Yes, we need hard-working people in this country. But even more than that, we need EDUCATED people who can do more than clean a toilet or mow a lawn. We need to stay ahead of China and Russia. We need to always be growing technologically, scientifically, industrially, in medical research, and environmentally.

Regardless of the free education illegal alien anchor babies are getting, more than half of them will drop out of high school. And what GOOD does that do the U.S.?

The truth is that the U.S. needs tens of millions of "hardworking" Mexican peasants like it needs a hole in its ozone.

AMERICANS OF EVERY EDUCATION LEVEL ARE JUST AS SMART AND HARDWORKING AS ANY IMMIGRANT. GIVEN THE CHANCE (AND THE JOB), AN AMERICAN WILL WORK CIRCLES AROUND ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET. THE CLAIM THAT WE NEED IMMIGRANTS TO DO JOBS THAT AMERICANS CANT OR WONT DO IS A MYTH.

Americans have never taken any stock in what another countries president has said when it comes to crime and how that crime is good for us.
I wouldn’t Give these criminal aliens time of day as long as they are criminal immigrants to America.
Any one can go out and do three houses a day. The craftsmanship isn’t there nor is the ability to care how much the job pays…

These criminal dont have ten years withing the lot of them.

Only 20 years ago mexicans were thought of as slothful, lazy workers. Manana was the catchword. They were no better or worse than others back then and they arent now. There may be times when they are more motivated for various reasons, but overall they arent any better or worse. For the most part they are just cheaper and dont some businesses just love that!

When we have work done on our house, we tell businesses we will not tolerate illegal labor. Takes extra work to find contractors, but the ones in it for the long run will honor the request. Everyone should demand legal labor when they do work around the house.

I say we need a nother day with out a Mexican and then never say when that day is going to end...
