    Apparently manslaughter is okay in Mexico. The disposition of this case suggests the latent inhumanity in the "criminal justice system" in Mexico.

    this is outrageous and disgusting.

    Time to start calling the Mexican consulates and embassy in Washington DC demanding the criminal be returned to the US to face Charged IMMEDIATELY

    In mexico they throw you in jail for a fender bender if you don't have insurance or cash to pay the other party.
