I followed a link from an Ali-pac posting to WETHEPEOPLE OFAMERICA.org.
I read the story about a Tradesman that is on the verge of Bankruptcy because ILLEGALS are cutting his throat on price : $4-5 per hour.

As I followed the link, the following info was posted : Congress included making financial gain from encouraging or employing ILLEGAL ALIENS a Criminal and Civil offense under the RICO (racketeering act)!!!
Is this HUGE or what!
The Attorneys get a wiff of all that lawsuit $$ & the ILLEGAL enablers will be down the tubes

A few questions come to mind...

Is the IRS going after illegals' employers for tax evasion, under-reporting and other violations? If not, why not?

Why isn't the Department of Labor prosecuting employers for paying below minimum wage (illegals are paid a quarter on the dollar)? 25% of minimum wage is a violation of the wage and hour law.

Where are the lawyers?

Anyone can whistleblow to the IRS if they think an employer is paying illegals off the books or in any way avoiding their tax responsibilities. Employees and others (possibly competitors) should consider this as an option for those employers hiring illegal aliens. Employees may also sue together under RICO for employers hiring illegal aliens at lower wages and lost jobs to American workers (examples, Mohawk and Tyson Foods).
