Dear Campaign Supporters,

THE CALIFORNIA TAXPAYER PROTECTION ACT PETITIONS ARE IN CIRCULATION! Please go to the website www.taxpayerrevolution.org , petition download.

You will see the printing instructions and you can print as many petitions as you like. Let's hit the streets for SIGNATURES. The state did write that the initiative will save at minimum over one billion dollars annually. They did not do the analysis for restricting all of the public benefits which will save at least two billion more.

Please send emails to all of your friends and family to alert them that they can now sign this important initiative. The time for action is NOW, let's put this initiative on the ballot and make real progress. No more talk, let's work on a SOLUTION. The first 70,000 petitions will be mailed out June 26, with more mailings every two weeks.

Our volunteer force is growing and is over 2,500. We are focusing on the groups with track records, established organizations that know how to organize and get signatures. Some of these are the American Legion, VFW, CWA, CCIR, Republican Women Federated statewide, American Independent Party, The Constitution Party.

Now is the time to donate to make sure we can continue this effort to the ballot. We must reach 600,000 signatures. Even a small donation will help the campaign. We are having a PRESS CONFERENCE on Wednesday, July 1 at 11AM outside the County Building in San Diego. Pete Nunez, former Asst. Secretary of the U.S. Treasury has confirmed, along with congressional candidate Tony Dolz from Ventura. Congressional candidate Ted Hayes has also expressed an interest to participate.

Ted Hilton will speak on the initiative at the July 4th event in Campo where former Congressman Tom Tancredo will also be speaking.

CONGRESSMAN BILBRAY is a big supporter. He wrote the original campaign letter for this project in 1997. He has known for a long time the importance of passing this type of state legislation first to get the attention in Congress. This initiative will launch the national debate to end automatic citizenship.

We must get this initiative on the ballot to the stop the magnets attracting illegal aliens to give birth here. We have to help our state out of this budget crisis. We do this by shining a light on the over $45 billion in tax dollars spent since 1988 on birth delivery and child welfare to illegal aliens. Your tax dollars are being robbed from you, that jeopardizes your future.

If we all work together this will be a success. Please realize that donating your time to collect signatures for this ballot initiative will give us real progress on resolving our budget deficit crisis. CALIFORNIA TAXPAYER PROTECTION ACT

The Initiative’s Laws Will:
STOP 18 years of WELFARE payments to illegal aliens with U.S. born children.

REQUIRE all those who are not citizens or permanent legal residents to submit ID documents, provided to Homeland Security, before receiving a birth certificate.

ALLOW only CITIZENS AND PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENTS eligibility for all public benefits including non-emergency and pre-natal care.

ALLOWS Homeland Security to review approved applications for federal, state or local benefits that illegal aliens are permitted to receive due to a U.S. born child. (Please see the initiative summary.)

An article in the Sacramento Bee on September 10, 2007 by Washington correspondent David Whitney summed up automatic citizenship: "Although Congress has never passed a law saying so, no president has ever ordered it, and no court has ever ruled on the issue, each of these babies automatically becomes a U.S. citizen when it takes its first breath." This is a taxpayer injustice.

Our citizen’s movement will launch the national debate we need to bring an END to "birth tourism" and AUTOMATIC CITIZENSHIP in the United States of America. The movement will uphold the recorded words and real intent of the authors of our Constitution. To the authors and the states which passed the 14th Amendment "subject to the jurisdiction" is to mean that citizens are born to parents who are "NOT subjects of a foreign power."

The 14th Amendment is meant to confer citizenship on children whose parents are under the exclusive power, protection and obedience of the United States.

The goal to stop automatic citizenship is critical toward reducing the crime problem. A major reason deported criminal illegal aliens return immediately to the United States after deportation is because they have left behind children born here. Former Homeland Security Director, Michael Chertoff, reported there are two million criminal illegal aliens.

There will never be "BORDER SECURITY" without ending automatic citizenship. Birth tourism is stealing billions from the United States taxpayers.

Are any other states working on anything like this ?

Every state in the nation need to wake up to the fact that illegal aliens put the greatest burden on the taxpayer through the births of their U.S. born children; free medical for the mom, WIC and food stamps after the birth, then the tremendous cost of K-12 education, free lunches and on and on. We know that the illegal alien population is not primarily single men; rather it's families with American born children.

I have been waiting for these petitions with much patience. Anyone who lives in Ca needs to step up and help out.

People from other states can help with donations, because this will affect their states latter on.
