"Judges said the civil rights case forced them to weigh the difficult question of what takes precedence: students' free speech rights or school safety concerns?" I guess the judges were obliquely correct, there is nothing more dangerous to a growing government despotism than freedom of speech.

Funny how "school safety" concerns were not even considered when Federal Marshalls were used to force the integration of Southern Schools in the early days of the Civil Rights movement.

When are patriots going to get tired of having their noses rubbed in Marxist shit? When are patriots going to draw a line in the sand and say, "We do not consent to your lording over us."

Flashback: ‘Si Se Puede!’ Mexican Protesters Slap U.S. Flag to the Ground at Morgan Hill Rally (Video)

On Friday, as TRN reported, a Federal court approved banning the U.S. flag in a U.S. school to appease violent threats from Mexican students, at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, California. Millions of Americans were outraged by this disgraceful opinion.

This followed a 2010 incident on Cinco de Mayo, when American students wearing U.S. flag t-shirts were ordered by the principal to take them off, and then sent them home when they refused to do so. The students later sued and evidence at trial showed numerous violent racist threats from Mexican students at the school.

So the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco Friday ruled 3-0 to appease Mexican racists at the school and censor free speech of American students.

Well few people have seen what the Mexican students did the day after the incident in 2010.

They held a “rally” to denounce the American students for wearing the flag. One of the “protesters” slapped an American flag to the ground, and then marchers went to the school grounds chanting: “This is occupied Mexico”…”This is all our country…we are all Mexicans”…”We want respect”….”Si Se Puede”
One of the students, Juan Bernardino, 18, was arrested for making criminal threats against a classmate — specifically telling one of the t-shirt wearing students he was going to have his MS-13 cousin come down from San Jose and “take care of you all”.

Let’s also recall, from Court records, what happened the year before the 2010 incident, when Mexican students prowled the schools “shoving Mexican flags” in the faces of non-Mexican students, who were angered and created a “makeshift U.S. flag” which they “hung on a tree” on campus:

A group of Mexican students had been walking around with the Mexican flag, and in response to the white students’ flag-raising, one Mexican student shouted “f*** them white boys, f*** them white boys.” When Assistant Principal Miguel Rodriguez told the student to stop using profane language, the student said, “But Rodriguez, they are racist. They are being racist. F*** them white boys. Let’s f*** them up.” Rodriguez removed the student from the area….

So instead of preventing racist Mexican violence, the school decided to outlaw America — and the 9th Circuit Court agreed!

Appeasing racist thugs only emboldens them. For a preview of what you may see in a few years at Live Oak H.S., just take a look at what happened at another California H.S. in 2006.

At Montibello H.S., in a “protest against enforcement of illegal immigration laws,” Mexican students forced down the U.S. flag and hung it upside down under a Mexican flag…
