    A Mexican National appeared before a U.S. Magistrate in Tucson on June 17 after being identified as a guide by one of the victims of an SUV crash that killed 11 people east of Sonoita.

    Oscar Garay-Mariscal, aka Oscar Garay-Lizarraga, 22, of Mexico, was charged with “conspiracy to transport illegal aliens for profit resulting in death,â€
