CT candidate for U.S. Senator against amnesty
Schlesinger Against Amnesty
Alan Schlesinger, Candidate for U.S. Senator In CT
Alan Schlesinger's radio campaign comes out against amnesty. Go to our website to listen to the commercial.
"Unlike Joe Lieberman, Alan Schlesinger won't cave into the amnesty now crowd for illegal immigrants who violate our borders. Alan Schlesinger will oppose amnesty for illegal immigrants and fight to keep our national borders secure."
If you would like to receive materials, a yard sign or bumper sticker, (or make a contribution), you can contact Alan's campaign at

Lawn Signs: If you support Alan's efforts, and this is the strongest message I have seen on immigration of any of the CT federal candidates, I suggest you might get a lawn sign to show your support. In addition, you might get several lawn signs to place on any busy intersection near where you live. These signs might only stay up a few days, but if a 1,000 cars go by, that is a lot of impressions. A lot of folks see the sign.

CT Citizens for Immigration Control filed a criminal complaint with the U.S. Attorney in Hartford, CT against Gina Mangano, DCF Social Worker, Darlene Dunbar, Commissioner of the Department of Children and Families, and all others who aided and assisted Sait Perez's illegal entry and residence in the United States.
As detailed in the attached article by the Boston Globe by Pat Eaton-Robb, the Department of Children and Families aided Mr. Perez in obtaining residence papers, assisted him with his education and even though he is now a legal adult are financing him at a four year, out-of-state college.

It has been a successful spring. Much needs to be done, but the Immigration Bills are stuck in the Senate. We don't so much need new federal legislation but enforcement of existing legislation. Most websites are now reporting a greater interest of States to enforce immigration laws and enact ones of their own.
Julie Bollenbach has sent to the CT Legislators a package on what immigration is being enacted in various states to all our CT legislators. One legislator seems interested in this and as this develops we will let you know. For those that do not know it, local police have the inherent authority to enforce all immigration laws, including those against employers. A few arrests of local contractors might make a big difference.
All the best,
