PHOENIX - The SWAT team was called in to raid a valley home Wednesday morning, but this wasn't the only house targeted.

The Drug Enforcement Administration says this investigation has been in the works for about nine months.

DEA, along with Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies at a home near 12th Street and Buckeye made their way inside and spent hours searching and recovering evidence, including 40 pounds of methamphetamines and nearly 40 pounds of cocaine.

The street value for the drugs is approaching $1 million.

Agents made their first arrest and they're looking to make more. They stress this is the tip of the proverbial iceberg, even after the huge bust the DEA announced just two days ago.

"Well, I tell you Arizona is a major transshipment point from a Mexico stash location," said Ramona Sanchez of the DEA.

The DEA says this is a fluid investigation and agents are looking for more suspects. They're also searching for more guns, money and drugs, but not suggesting this raid is connected to the recent Operation Pipeline bust.

Authorities have not released any names in this case.
