    The source also said the Denver Sheriff Department gave ICE only 25 minutes from the time the fax was sent until the time Valles was released. The source said there was not physically enough time for ICE agents to get to the jail and take him into federal custody.

    Can the family sue the Denver Police Department? This is ridiculous...disregarding our Federal Laws and now another American Family TORN APART by illegal aliens.
