    Deportation threats

This may have been a merged family, with the older child born here before hooking up with the younger child and spouse.

The school and ACLU will probably protect this kid and his family, so they can stay. No enforcement allowed on school grounds----

Another gang member in the making.

We had a middle school girl bring a knife with her to school. She threatened one of my friends neighbors, daughter. They reported and the school expelled the illegal. They said she wouldn't be allowed back into the school. Two weeks later the girl was back and NO notice was given to the parents of the threatened girl. My friends took their daughter out of school and are home schooling. The school hasn't changed.

My friend who started our local group after her daughter noticed illegals tearing the American flag out of their school books and saying it would be replaced with the Mexican flag are moving out. She reported it to the local newspaper and they contacted the school and wrote an article about it. I repsonded to the article and thus, T and I got together and started our local group. Now her daughter is so scared because of the violent attitudes and the school making excuses for it. This town is in for a huge awakening.

CA is a garbage can anyway. Get your kids out when they are young. Give them a chance.

Sometimes I think these people are taught that they can armed themselves and if someone causes trouble for you.

Student detained after bringing gun to school
    August 7th, 2008 @ 7:23am
by KTAR Newsroom and Associated Press

A 12-year-old boy is in juvenile custody after bringing a gun to school Wednesday.

The incident happened at Queen Creek Middle School in the southeast Valley.

``The 12-year-old boy came in there with a loaded weapon, nine millimeter, then started telling the other kids how to load and unload, and then he said he had some type of anger with another student," said Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

``An employee spotted the loaded weapon and called our office. Sheriff's deputies responded and arrested the boy," Arpaio added.

The sheriff's office said the boy admitted bringing the gun to school in his back pack and told deputies he did so because another student had been picking on him.

Arpaio said the boy got the gun from a friend of the family, who is an illegal immigrant. He said that man could face charges and the boy could face at least one felony charge.

The sheriff also said the boy's parents are in the United States illegally and could face deportation.

According to MCSO the boy is one of four children whose parents are in the country illegally, meaning the family could potentially be split up.
There is NO reason to split up the family. TAKE YOUR WHOLE FAMILY WITH YOU.

The boy told MCSO that he brought the gun in his backpack because another student was picking on him, according to the sheriff's office.
This is how he deals with kids who pick on him?! It looks like he got his "family values" from his illegal alien parents.
RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends

Man wanted on warrants charged in QC school gun case
    August 8th, 2008 @ 5:40pm
    by KTAR Newsroom

The man whose gun ended up in the hands of the 12-year-old Queen Creek boy accused of taking it to school is now himself in trouble with the law.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested Fernando Martinez-Cura for the unlawful possession of a firearm.

MCSO says that gun ended up in the hands of his girlfriend's grandson who took it to school.

School officials saw the boy handling the gun in front of other kids.

Martinez-Cura, an illegal immigrant, was booked on the felony weapons charge and two outstanding warrants.
