Welcome, ChiWatcher and look forward to your contributions.
Just a thought redpony, but in boating lingo, if you fly your flag off the transom upside down, it is a sign of extreme stress. And if they stuck the Mexican flag over a US flag that was upside down, I get the impression that they (the Mexicans) are either causing us thei extreme stress, or also they will triumph over the US and reclaim their territories that their wimpy military that lost them so long ago to American smarts.

By their logic then the land actually belongs to Spain and not them as I think the Mexicans only had it for maybe 26 years...And then Spain has ti return it to the Indians, you know those people the Mexicans treat like crap in their own country keeping them in poverty and being racist against them because they want to hold on to their culture and what not...Just a thought...

Anyone of these criminals should be deported to the southernmost part of mejico. It's way too easy for them sneak back into the country when they are dropped off so close to the U.S.

Maybe they should learn english and then they wouldn't have that problem of not understanding the laws and what not. If they can understand how to go down to the welfare's office and how to circumvent the law then one would think they would know what a citation is for. Perhaps they should supply themselves with a translator at their own expense instead of the taxpayers because of their refusal to learn english. That's funny in Mexico when I used to go it was hard to find any police officer who spoke english, I didn't go demanding it either. Then again these officers were corrupt so any time you came across one you'd go the other way knowing they'd be the first to rob you! This is America, we speak english here. What now they want all the officers to be bilingual? Just because they don't want to speak english? BS! Just like they feel they have a right to only speak spanish well then we have a right and the officers have a right to not have to learn another language to have their job they earned by skill, hard work, and dedication.

Don't waste our money on bi-lingual police to deal with these people ... call their Consulate and require them to come over to the jail and interpret at the expense of the Consulate.
