Deported Murderer Re-Arrested In Texas
BRACKETVILLE, TX - On June 12, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended Javier Moya-Tentori, 35, after he was spotted crossing the Rio Grande River.
In a press release, U.S. Customs and Border Protection stated:
"During processing, records checks revealed that Moya-Tentori was convicted in Houston of first-degree murder in 2005 and sentenced to 20 years incarceration. Moya-Tentori was issued a final order of removal in 2009 and was removed through Laredo in 2019."
The Mexican national has been charged with felony illegal re-entry after deportation, and could face up to 20 years in prison.

We need to put some "deterrents" in that river to stop them from crossing that Rio Grande!
