So this scumbag was convicted in '97 for delivering drugs-not deported & convicted in 2002 for raping a child-deported this time. Came back & didn't register as a sex offender. Has a pregnant girlfriend whose child can petition the US at age 21 for "Daddy" to enter legally at that time. And he can come back into the US anytime in 2 or 3 days-illegally.

This one takes the cake. They should have locked the so-and-so up and thrown away the key THE FIRST TIME. The man sits right there and tells a JUDGE for God's sake that it's really easy to come back across the border! And, even had the GALL to ask the Judge what to do about his PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND. Well, of course, DUMMY--leave the fool here to have that anchor baby so we will have to support IT for the rest of its life. The Judge should have called in ICE and sent them for the woman so she could be deported right along with her criminal boyfriend. The article didn't say whether she was a citizen or not but I assume she's not based on the fact that he wasn't sure what to do about her.

this one sizes up what I know of "their culture" I know A veneuelzean man who got an american woman to marry her and have her baby-he cheated on her while she was in the hospital with complications from the pregancy- he begged her to marry him so he wouldnt be deported.
he worked illegally at bank and embezeled money from a dead man's bank account. when he was caught for this crime and about to be deported - irregardless of his marrige- he dressed up his baby girl and brought her thedeportation meeting- you could hear the violins playing - he was allowed to stay using the father thing-( he harassed his child's mother into the marriage thing-
I mean she was responsible too and sadly there are many american women who are easily hooked into a situation that does not serve their best interests or their fellow americans
the idea of their both going back to mexico is great - why dont we hear that solution more often

oh dear Bootsie - I hope that was a figure of speech!

but if you knew the whole story- how he was on a student visa -expired-found a poor woman to lie to- and have his baby and marry him- he aggressively pushed her to do this( she was my downstairs neighboor) her month long stay in the hospital - with his baby- all told his child- must have cost washington state taxpayers, 200,000 thousand dollars-( thats also the schooling etc) and he got into the used car sales- very good choice for a liar- now he is district manager makes about 50,000 a year- owns a home drives a late model car
now if an american citizen embezzeled money- while working at an bank they would have a criminal record-

It was a figure of speech AND I was talking about the MAN--not the poor woman who was victimized by him. I could just KICK that man. THAT was why I had ZERO sympathy for him!

The toughest thing is GETTING in touch WITH ICE. That was SO frustrating. Talk about RUNAROUNDS. It's NO WONDER we are in the mess we are in. They are completely INEPT.
