Hudson Valley man pleads guilty to being illegal alien

Federal authorities Wednesday said Nazario Munoz-Barco of Montgomery, New York, pled guilty to illegally reentering the United States after removal.

When sentenced in October in Albany, Munoz-Barco faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison and three years of post-release supervision.

Munoz-Barco, a citizen of Mexico, was ordered removed by an Immigration Judge in Houston, Texas on April 16, 2002. He was physically removed from the United States to Mexico on December 23, 2002. He had been removed in 2002 following his conviction of a felony, driving while intoxicated as a third offense, in Lamar County, Texas. On May 12, 2006, he was encountered and arrested by United States Border Patrol officers in Lake George, New York.

The matter was investigated by the Department of Homeland Security, United States Border Patrol, Champlain, New York. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of New York.

This is another example of what happens when there is no border security. ICE claims during all these crackdowns these individuals are not welcome in the US and will not be allowed back in the country but again thousands of scum like this reenter the country at will and commit additional crimes, many more serious then before. How many Americans have lost their lives to this damn worthless illegal alien garbage who were deported but returned only to commit murder? I am so sick and tired of the DHS b.s. perpetrated by this no good for nothing jackass demonseed administration that refuses to take responsibililty for the safety and welfare of Americans by not doing the damn job we elected them to do.
