They will never go home. Both parties have their agenda for keeping them here. The Republican's big and small corporations want cheap labor to keep the unions at bay and hold down wages and the Democrats want a one-party-rule.

Being a former justice she can say whatever she wants. The statement is vague, and the link requires a subscription to read further.

Would have been nice to see in what context the statement leads.
