Despite veto to move immigration bill forward, proposal faces uphill battle in an unsure Senate

WASHINGTON — The Senate pushed the highly contentious immigration bill one step closer to final consideration Tuesday, but ultimate victory is far from certain, as Republicans like South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham refused to commit their full support.

Wow even Linday Graham is softening his position we are good.
