The Bureau of Vital Statistics needs to issue them a "Certificate of Child Born Abroad".

Their countries laws state if they give birth on foreign soil...then that child IS a citizen of their country.

STOP ISSUING THEM U.S. BIRTH CERTIFICATES!

END DUAL CITIZENSHIP TOO! REVOKE THEIR U.S. CITIZENSHIP!

CUT OFF ALL WELFARE AND FOOD STAMPS TO NON-CITIZENS AND ILLEGAL ALIENS! NO PUBLIC CHARGE!
