Yep, bring a child and you get a free pass. The liberal courts are making it very difficult to do anything at the border. Every time a plan is put into place a liberal court shoots it down. I'm really starting to see the quandary that DHS and DOJ are facing. It's easy for us to blame them for all our woes, but they are dealing with butt load of obstacles at every turn and unfortunately our U.S. Congress is DOA.

Repeatedly, President Donald Trump has criticized San Francisco’s leftist Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for assuming the role of “super-legislature” and blocking his agenda.
Yet, Trump has nominated a leftist, anti-gunner to fill a seat on that court, and the Senate Judiciary Committee has approved that nomination -- despite GOA’s opposition to the nomination.

Mark Jeremy Bennett easily confirmed on bipartisan vote of 72-27
27 R's voted against and every D was happy to vote yes.

What is going on here?

A liberal court has decided that DHS cannot hold an illegal alien child in detention for more than 20 days. And since a liberal court also decided a child cannot be separated from it's illegal alien family .......

Excellent question. I guess because he received approval from Hawaii's Democratic home-state Senators, leading to an easier confirmation.

I guess in this case Trump decided to take the road of less resistance. Surprisingly, the guy is also 65 years old!

The most overturned court among the District Courts! This is the result of perversion of the Constitution over the years. The purpose and authority of SCOTUS has been changed over the years. So it now oversees what the Founders didn't apparently intend. The need for lifetime appointment is no longer appropriate. They originally were isolated, making their decisions base pretty much only on the evidence presented in hearings. Today Justices are publishing opinions on much of what is not presented in court.

I think that when a court or a specific judge is overturned, that should be a black mark on his/her record. Maybe three or so in a year, that judge should be removed. Judges should learn from their mistakes rather than repeatedly making rulings that they should know will be overturned. Clean house!

Deport the whole family together as a single unit in less than 20 days. Problem solved.

At least one Central American country wants the power to decide if the separated children should live in the United States, Nielsen said:

You know, one of the Northern Triangle countries when I just met with them, said to me, ‘It’s not appropriate for DHS or the United States government to determine what’s in the best interest of the [migrant’s] child. We in our courts will determine what’s in the best interest of the child.

WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!! WAIT ONE F**KIN COTTON PICKIN MINUTE!!!!! Other countries want the right to tell us who we have to allow into our country? And these other countries are saying that we have no right to determine who comes into our country? ARE YOU F**KIN KIDDING ME?!!!!!!!!

Time for Judy's Plan B!!

Tell all these countries, if your citizens don't stop entering our country illegally, then your country will have no aid from or trade with the United States. Period.
