DHS Orders Border Patrol To Process Illegals As Refugees With “Credible Fear”

DHS Orders Border Patrol To Process Illegals As Refugees With “Credible Fear”

    October 17, 2016

Haitian and African migrants seeking asylum in the United States, line up outside a Mexican Migration office, on October 3, 2016, in the border city of Tijuana, in the Mexican state of Baja California. Photo courtesy of NBC.

The massive numbers of illegal immigrants flooding northward to the United States has been making the headlines in Mexico for weeks, and has been declared a serious health risk – to Mexico.

Judicial Watch reported that high-level Homeland Security officials said thousands of Haitians, Africans, Russians, Armenians and Guatemalans are being allowed to enter into the United States through the Mexican border, with practically no vetting for security of health risks.

Secretary of State Jeh Johnson has ordered the overwhelmed and understaffed border patrol agents to speed up the process by processing them as refugees with “credible fear.”

The U.S. border agents are working 16-hour shifts and still can’t keep up. A Mexican newspaper stated that over 15,000 Haitians and Africans have crossed through Mexico in the past six months, and over 4,300 are still stranded at the Mexico-California border, waiting to be “processed.”

Mexico’s Secretary of Health, Dr. Jose’ narrow Robles, said the Haitians and Africans waiting at the border “present serious health risks” to Mexico.

The migrants start out in Brazil under a South American agreement that allows “free transit” throughout the continent, reports Judicial Watch.

Ecuador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama facilitate the process by transferring the concentration of foreigners towards Mexico based on an agreement that Mexico will help them gain entry into the U.S. so they can solicit asylum. Under the plan Mexico gives the immigrants 20-day visas and temporary shelter but the backlog is out of control because the U.S. isn’t processing the migrants fast enough.

This week Mexico’s secretary of the interior, Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, told the country’s largest newspaper that DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson assured him the U.S. would speed up the process of admitting the refugees to “alleviate the crisis on the southern border.”

Judicial Watch’s sources on the border say the overwhelming majority of migrants don’t appear to have been through any hardships. Instead many look in great physical shape, even muscular and fit, well-groomed and a lot of them have large amounts of cash.

“They’re showing up with a few hundred dollars if not a few thousand dollars, new electronics, cell phones, tablets, etc.,” said a Border Patrol official in Arizona. Another border agent told Judicial Watch that many of the Haitians and Africans “know the administration is going to let them in and they come with an attitude of entitlement.”

Federal officials who spoke to Judicial Watch anonymously, for fear of retaliation, said the illegal migrants are camping out in Mexican border towns and going “port shopping” while they’re waiting to be admitted into the U.S.

A federal agent at the San Luis Port of Entry in Arizona said it’s like a “mass crisis, like a third-world country.” A DHS supervisor said Washington D.C. has issued an order to all agents: “No one is allowed to speak to the media.”

One frustrated DHS official in the border region said she has never seen this type of rampant lawlessness throughout a lengthy career with the government. “The elected government officials claim we are against terrorism yet they are not doing anything to actually prevent terrorists from entering the country,” the DHS supervisor said, adding that the public should show up at ports of entry to see firsthand the problems border agents face every day.

In one WikiLeaks email recently released, a quote from a speech Hillary Clinton gave to a Brazilian bank on May 16, 2013 revealed she wants open borders. She stated: “My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders.”

Jeh Johnson is already making her dream a reality. On October 11, Johnson announced that due to the recent hurricane, Haitian immigrants will not be deported.

Illegal Immigrants Seeking Asylum Continues To Skyrocket

Illegal Immigrants Seeking Asylum Continues To Skyrocket

    October 20, 2016

Figures from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services show that the number of illeal immigrants seeking asylum in the United States has skyrocketed in recent years.

Figures show that this 900% increase in the last 10 years is costing taxpayers large sums of money since there is greater population in the United States receiving Social Security benefits, school loans, green cards, welfare, etc.

According to a projection from the Center for Immigration Studies, approximately 8000 people who are mostly Latin Americans sought asylum in 2009, this number has increased significantly and is projected to reach over 80,000 this year.

The report shows that 80 percent of the people are coming from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras and fulfill the U.S. asylum requirement by stating that they fear torture, abuse, or retaliation.

Jessica M. Vaughan, the USCIS director of policy studies, said many of the people claiming asylum are paying fees to human traffickers to be brought through Mexico and into to the U.S.

Illegal Aliens Caught At Border Jumps By 78,000 In One Year

Illegal Aliens Caught At Border Jumps By 78,000 In One Year

    October 18, 2016

Fiscal year 2016 has now ended, and the data being reported shows a shocking 23 percent increase in apprehensions of illegal immigration.

The Washington Times reported that 409,000 illegal aliens were caught at the border during fiscal year 2016 – compared to 331,000 the year before – and the number of illegals coming as families rose to a record high of 77,674. Unaccompanied minors apprehended jumped to nearly 60,000.

Just in the Yuma sector of western Arizona, the number of family members apprehended at the border has exploded, from 675 in 2014, to 6,169 in 2016.

Homeland Security officials admit the data only reflects those they caught – the increase in apprehensions also means an increase in those who sneaked in without being seen.

The reason for the surge: they’ve been enticed by the promise of lax border enforcement in the United States. Analysts say drug cartels and immigrants have learned to game the more relaxed system under Obama. They’ve also discovered that by filing for asylum through the legal system will allow them to remain in the U.S. and become embedded into society as the legal channels become more and more bogged down.

Word-of-mouth stories going back to Central American countries from relatives and friends who have gained a foothold in the United States has been a key factor behind the record numbers of illegal aliens surging into the United States over the past year.

Elyse Golob, executive director of the National Center for Border Security and Immigration at the University of Arizona said it’s clear “there’s been a shift in the thinking of those pondering the journey from Central American countries.

“There’s no doubt that news moves through the grapevine,” Ms. Golob said. “When people hear about unaccompanied children and family units being placed in detention courts and about the overload in the immigration courts that results in people staying here, often for years, that filters back to the Central American countries, and may lead to a perception, rightful or not, that the chances of remaining in the country now are better than ever.”

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson announced, “Unaccompanied children and families have presented new challenges in our immigration system,” and said he’s trying to “give those with legitimate claims of humanitarian crises a chance to make their cases.”

Johnson claimed Trump’s wall won’t solve the problem, and claims the only solution is a long-term investment in Central America.

Obama Quietly Lays Aside Thousands of Deportation Cases so they can Vote November Ele

Obama Quietly Lays Aside Thousands of Deportation Cases so they can vote November Elections

    October 7, 2016

Over 56,000 illegal aliens who have come to the U.S. from Central America since 2014 are already embedded in cities across the nation, and the Obama administration has quietly delayed their deportation proceedings for up to seven years.

According to the New York Times, numbers from the Justice Department indicate those 56,000 delayed deportations only represent about half of the illegal Central American “families” who have come to the U.S. since 2014, and about one-fourth of all the illegal Central Americans during that time period.

The reason the feds aren’t following through with deportations? Officials claim it’s to save money.

Because so many illegal immigrants were failing to appear in court as required, Homeland Security started using GPS ankle monitors in 2015. But then another problem arose – they weren’t reporting in to be fitted with their ankle bracelets either. Now the government has decided it saves money to just push those cases to the back burner – some all the way back to 2023 – saving them the daily fee of $4 to $8 per person to monitor the ankle bracelets.

Those who are complying with the monitoring and reporting in according to the rules are being processed for deportation, some even faster than expected.

Retired immigration judge Paul Schmidt said, “The whole thing is docket chaos.”

The New York Times writes that interviews with immigration lawyers, federal officials, and both current and former judges reveal that this has been going on behind the scenes for months, without any public attention. “It amounts to an unannounced departure from the administration’s widely publicized pronouncements that cases tied to the so-called surge of 2014 would be rushed through the immigration courts in an effort to deter more Central Americans from entering the United States illegally.”

Instead, illegal immigration in 2016 is on track to even surpass the “surge of 2014”, as border patrol said the word is going back home from those who are getting through that “now is the time to come.”

In August we also shared a report revealing that over 100,000 illegal immigrants were allowed to remain in the U.S. within the past year – their deportation orders overruled by immigration judges across the country, resulting in a “back door amnesty.”

According to ICE agents, illegals aren’t being deported for one reason – so they can vote:

Let me get this straight every person in the world who feels threatened can come to the U.S. There own Governments are not held responsible for allowing their people to feel threatened? Their own governments are not doing anything to clean up these messes in their own countries and the U.N. is allowing this to continue. So I am wondering what good does the U.N. actually do for the people it is supposed to care so much about? Allowing thousands to die while searching for safety in countries they know nothing about and their solution is just tell countries to take them in. What kind of solution is this. All they are doing is creating more problems. The U.N no longer apparently has any power or usefulness in our world it is outdated and cost billions for nothing. They claim to want to be there to help ..If that were true these people would not be risking their lives and fleeing their countries and families for a uncertain life in sometimes a country they have been told to hate. The U.N. has become useless and expensive with their own agenda.

So what do we do in a world that is melting down? There is a rising middle class in many poor countries----but they are something like one percent of the population. But the rest of them will want to have the same economic opportunities and there will be clandestine moneymakers funneling them to the US.

Johnson claimed Trump’s wall won’t solve the problem, and claims the only solution is a long-term investment in Central America.
