The president of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association has sent a blistering letter to Barack Obama castigating him for a remark he made that the organization says equates its members with “terrorists.â€

Good for them. Stand UP and let him or anyone else have it. Sending to Glenn Beck. Please send to others.

The men and women of ICE are heroes when they're deporting illegal aliens and raiding illegal employers. So are the men and women of the US Border Patrol!

Yes, this response was needed and Obama needs to be called on this for making such an incredibly irresponsible and outrageous statement. He showed, once again, his immaturity. Of course, the MSM is shielding him.

But I don't like how Gordon seems to be criticizing the failure of Congress over the past couple of years to pass another amnesty bill. I hope he realizes the only reform we need is to finally and consistently enforce existing immigration laws.

Obama gives a good speech (stylistically, not substantively) but off the cuff he's not that impressive.
