Thread: downsize dc

If any of you would like to visit this website and vote on some of their issues. here is the site. downsizedc.org. They have a petition to make the reps actually read a bill before they sign it. It would not only slow down congress before they pass these bills, but it makes them aware of what it is they are signing.

I personally think they should let us vote on these bills and we should not trust them to pass them on their own. They make decisions for us all of the time without taking us into consideration. I think we need to sign a petition saying they should let us vote. They say it would be too exspecisve to to that, but if they wouldn't print them in 100 different languages it would save money, but until they get their crap together and start thinking about us for a change, we need to stop them. I would start one, but don't know how.
