GULFPORT, Miss. -- A Texas man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Mississippi to a federal charge of transporting undocumented immigrants.
Prosecutors said Joe Allen Foster of Houston was stopped by a U.S. Border Patrol agent in October 2008 on Interstate 10 in south Mississippi.
A sworn statement from the agent said 15 passengers were found in the van driven by Foster, and all 15 said they were in the United States without proper documents. Some of the passengers were unaccompanied minors.
The agent said a manifest showed the passengers were bound for different cities on the East Coast.
Foster faces a maximum of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. His sentencing date was not announced.

I hope he gets one heck of a punishment...but I wish they would do the same with illegals who keep breaking our laws.
