Durbin Threatens H1-B Revenge for Failure of His DREAM

Durbin Threatens H1-B Revenge for Failure of His DREAM

Dream Act blocked by split Senate
    Stephen Dinan

The Senate yesterday blocked the Dream Act, a bill to legalize illegal-alien students — the second major immigration bill to be stopped this year and a signal that this Congress is too stalemated to pass any bill that offers a path to citizenship for illegal aliens.

“A lot of senators concluded that from the last vote: Citizenship is not on the table anymore,â€

Durbin reminds me of Spitzer's determination to pass the NY drivers licenses. They just won't give up and when they lose they start threatening. What a bunch of losers. How do these people get elected? This is a question that needs to be examined before the next election.

[quote]Mr. Durbin, though, said yesterday’s vote may cause him to have to oppose the technology bill, which would apply to what’s known as the H-1B visa program.

The last thing they want is to have to pay a living wage. HB1 Visa holders are just happy to be in America getting a paycheck and don't cut into their profits.

Many need a trip in front of a real judge to be tried for treason, or at the least, aiding and abetting illegal aliens.

Has anyone reported him yet? There is so much crime regarding illegal immigration the phone lines should be jammed and we should just be getting a busy signal.

I believe Churchill once said, "If we do not learn from our history(1986 Amnesty) then we are doomed to make the same mistakes over."

    H-1B Visas

    What is an H-1B?
    What is a specialty occupation?
Is there an annual limit on the number of H-1B aliens?
    How does one apply?
How long an an alien be in H-1B status?
Who can an H-1B alien work for?
What if the alien's circumstances change?
Must an H-1B alien be working at all times?
Can an H-1B alien travel outside the U.S.?
Can an H-1B alien intend to immigrate
    permanent
    http://www.uscis.gov/ to the U.S.?
