Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi boldly defended a move to add birth control funding to the new economic "stimulus" package, claiming "contraception will reduce costs to the states and to the federal government."

Pelosi, the mother of 5 children and 6 grandchildren, who once said, "Nothing in my life will ever, ever compare to being a mom," seemed to imply babies are somehow a burden on the treasury.

The revelation came during an exchange Sunday morning on ABC's THIS WEEK.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Hundreds of millions of dollars to expand family planning services. How is that stimulus?

PELOSI: Well, the family planning services reduce cost. They reduce cost. The states are in terrible fiscal budget crises now and part of what we do for children's health, education and some of those elements are to help the states meet their financial needs. One of those - one of the initiatives you mentioned, the contraception, will reduce costs to the states and to the federal government.

STEPHANOPOULOS: So no apologies for that?

PELOSI: No apologies. No. we have to deal with the consequences of the downturn in our economy.

I would LOOOVE to see the numbers that they used to justify this legislation and how it would be better than fixing the immigration problem.

Here is my guess at this dips, (Pelosi), reasoning. If Americans have babies, it will be 18 years before any of them will be old enough to work in my wine business. Then they will want American wages. If we can get Americans to reproduce below the replacement rate, we can justify letting low skill laborers into our country. The workers will be here now. My husband and I will benefit from the slave wages and , what the heck, american families will have less mouths to feed. A solid solution for our economic problems.

You silly woman! The amount of money that we spend for benefits for illegal immigrants in this country in and of itself will reduce the expenses of running the country by multi-billions of dollars. You know, a few billion here, a few billion there and before you know it, we are talking big bucks.

Mandatory birth control for the "gringos" but allow, encourage and abet the out of control birth of illegal aliens (will probably give tax credits and other payments for them to have as many as they want) for an endless supply of cheap labor for Pelosi's vineyards, Feinstein's hotels, motels and restaurants, Reid's casinos and their corporate masters who returned these schmucks to office. Face it everyone this b.s. stimulus and bailouts are not about the American people but only for cheap foreign labor. Caterpillar just announced 20,000 more layoffs, home Depot 7,000, and Sprint/Nextel 8, 000 yet the corrupt oxygen wasting congress just brought in another 132,000 foreign worker visas this month and Comprehensive Immigration Amnesty is till at the top of the list. When are Americans going to wake up from their Obama induced stupor and realize this government does not care one iota about suffering Americans but only about cheap labor and more votes? I talked to a couple of Obamatons the other day and tried to tell them what he has in store which is opening the borders for more cheap labor and votes and that this Ponzi scheme called a stimulus is the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people by the government as it only is more tax payer subsidized cheap labor pouring across the border for corporate America with no provisions to ensure Americans will get any of those jobs or any other benefits. I also told them about the fiscal and social impacts of illegal immigration including the 400 billion annually spent on health care, welfare, food stamps, education and other benefits for illegal aliens, identity theft and other crimes and the health care measure the House just passed which would give more free health care to illegal aliens while Americans pay for theirs. One guy's response was "There must be something good coming out of this or Obama wouldn't be doing this". I tried in vain to convince him this only will benefit Corporations and other businesses; NOT Americans but like the typical Obamaton cyborg he kept muttering the same nonsensical dribble. People have been brainwashed by the Obama Force to the point where they are unable to grasp the reality that they are being led to the slaughter. I really wonder if we will survive as a nation beyond 2010. By this time next year with all the resultant layoffs and stimulus derived jobs going to illegal aliens they will be the only ones employed......Here comes the North American Union bringing poverty and despair to a location near all of us.......
