Elvira-Fest Continues but then we've seen all this before, haven't we...

One photo from a slideshow on NBC5's website when they tried to help some Chicago Democrats push legislation that would give drivers licenses to illegals in Illinois! This....is probably the lowest and sickest thing I've ever seen the media do. Little Charlie Martinez passed away thinking someone was trying to take his parents away from him.
Last December NBC5 Chicago brought us a story of a little Hispanic boy who was dying of a rare form of Leukemia.

Little Charlie Martinez was latched onto by Sin Fronteras and the media as a vehicle to try and drive home the importance to Illinois voters "why illegal aliens should have drivers licenses". This was the most horrendous abuse of a sick child I'd ever seen, and for what? So Illinois politicians could attempt to pass some knee-jerk legislation allowing illegals to get licenses and then vote illegally. Governor Blagojevich even got on television and actually said "If the undocumented could get drivers licenses, our roads would be safer because then they could get insurance!" (scratching my head...) WHAT?

This was simply one more step by the pro-illegal lobby to help legitimize the (close to a) million or so illegals in Illinois right now. Drivers licenses today.....voting tomorrow! It's a great state Mexillinois!

Now, after reading Elvira's ordeal, I can see that the general outline of this media circus was the same. The cause of the action sought was supposedly poor ill little "Citizen Saul". What makes this worse though, is that it was the same people behind the abuse of little Charlie Martinez, who are now holding "Citizen Saul" hostage in a make-shift church. That's right....all the players are the same right down to the legislators. How sick is this? These "causes" also always happen right before a pro-illegal immigration event takes place as well. They have a playbook, and they play it to the letter.

Here are some questions about Elvira Arellano that no one has asked, or answered publicly yet.

How has she supported herself and her child since losing her job at O'Hare Airport? Social Security. That's right....this felon is, and has been receiving Social Security payments paid for by OUR tax dollars. No wonder she's so distraught. The gig is finally up!

How does she "get around"? Elvira has an Illinois Drivers License. (I know you're slapping yourself upside the head right now, right? You should have known this one!) Who do you suppose helped her with this?

Complaints have been filed with the United State's Attorney's office about Congressman Gutierrez and seeing how fast they've taken down former Governor George Ryan, I can only assume that by the time anything is done about this, the American Flag will be green white and orange and Illinois will have a new name.

Please read below to get information on how you too can file a complaint against Congressman Gutierrez and his trusty little dog toto (Congresswoman Jan Schakowski). Representation like this in America is outright shameful and what the American public is waiting for before standing up and saying something, is beyond me. If we wait til November.....we may not have a country left to fight for.

This using sick children to promote the awareness of the pro-illegal immigrant lobby must stop. In the case of little Charlie Martinez, he passed away a few months ago fearing that someone was going to take away his parents, when nothing was farther from the truth. Why is Elvira Arellano not in jail yet?

There is no excuse for letting Elvira Arellano hide out in a Chicago church. She is a convicted felon. A serial criminal. She just can't stop breaking U.S. laws.



Elvira Arellano claims she just wants to stay with her son, now called "Citizen Saul" by a Chicago Sun Times reporter, but no one is saying she can't take him with her. Elvira claims she can't speak English, and always speaks through an interpreter. Why? So she always has the defense that "she simply didn't understand". I can assure you that Elvira Arellano has had her situation explained to her in Spanish as well as English and she totally understands what she is doing. Certain politicians here in Illinois and Chicago are attempting to make her a martyr, hoping to empower illegal Hispanics everywhere. Hoping to get the vote of Hispanics everywhere.

We have in Chicago, and actually our entire country, a total system failure and Elvira Arellano has chosen to make herself the poster-child for that failure.

We have a convicted, KNOWN felon, ordered to leave the country AGAIN (a rather lenient sentence for a felon!), and now, with the help of a U.S. Congressman (Luis Gutierrez and his trusty partner in treason, Congressman Jan Schakowski,) she is still here. This was mind you, a judges order for her to leave and now she is being coached by politicians on how not to get arrested by hiding in a store front, pretending to be a church!

Let's change this situation around a little, and put an African-American in that church who isn't even a fugitive from justice. How long do you think it would take S.W.A.T. to remove the storefront windows and tear-gas that man out of that church? If you guessed less than 30 minutes, you guessed about 20 minutes too many and the media would be prodding it every step of the way.

Law Enforcement personnel whether local, state or federal, have a job to do. Enforce the law (hence....their name). It's not their job to interpret law, and it certainly is not their job to judge people who have broken the law. They have it written out very plainly for them if they get confused. Their job is to bring criminals to justice so a judge and/or jury, can then do their job. When a judge's order is ignored, that person is then brought to jail, usually for "Contempt of Court". Why isn't this happening in Elvira Arellano's case? Because she's Hispanic? Illegal? Why is this woman....a convicted felon, a fugitive from justice, not in Cook County jail right now? Ignoring Elvira Arellano's contempt for our laws is only going to do cause more people to do the same. Illegals all over America will be hanging signs on their door stating that their residences are "a church" and that it is their "sanctuary". This...is a travesty of justice to put it simply and Americans should be, and are enraged about it.

Law Enforcement needs to again, arrest Elvira, however it can be done, as well as anyone who stands in their way up to, and including Congressmen and Senators. I think it is the general consensus of Illinois residents that at this point, Elvira should spend some time in jail, if anything, to make her understand that she would have been much better off complying with the judges original deportation order! If she has no family here, too bad. Now her child becomes a ward of the state. Elvira, after she's a few days behind bars will see that yes....she should have obeyed the judge....just like Americans have to. Elvira wants the benefits of being an American, and an illegal alien.

Now it's time to deal with the Congressmen and Senator(s) who helped make this fiasco what it has become. They should be charged with obstruction of justice as well as aiding and abetting a known fugitive of justice. A judge's orders are based on the law today. Not what it might become tomorrow.

Everyone who reads this and agrees with this needs to write and call U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. Only then will he see that the people are serious about this. The U.S. Attorney is our attorney. He is an attorney for the people. For Americans. He is who we must turn to when we have corrupt politicians committing serious crimes, and obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting a known fugitive, are serious crimes.

Exactly. Storm that church, arrest that woman and that shyster minister, shut that disgrace of a church down and put her son in foster care. If us citizens were felons and were hiding out in a church and the feds knew it, it would only take mins before they stormed the churches and we were arrested. This insanity of political correctness has got to stop. Elected officials need to stop worrying about votes and start doing their jobs.

Now we are going to hear about the poor children who died in the fire because they were using candles since they couldn't afford the electric bill since MAY. 2 of the children (young adults) worked at a service place for getting assistance for utility bills. Figure that out? They were getting rent assistance and other forms of assistance. Granted not enough when you have 10 children ranging from 19 to 3 mos. 2 weren't living at home anymore. Daddy wasn't home coz he was a few blocks away playing in a band at 12.15 AM. They were here ILLEGIALLY and have been for 15-17 years and of course can't speak English. There are TONS of homeless citizens. TONS of poor citizens who die in the heat and the cold because they can't afford the bills.....but this is already turning into a Mexican thing. Hard, hard, working immigrants. If they weren't "brown" this wouldn't be happening. Cruelty to our Mexican immigrants. WORST fire in 42 years.......because of the amount of deaths, not because of the size of the fire. What the hell are 10 people doing in a small apartment? Cram that many in a small place with candles and what do you expect?

This is BS and needs to end. No American citizen under the same felony charges would have been given this kind of consideration at all.

I don't care if Elvira's son was born on US soil...he was born to an illegal invader and should also be considered illegal. Send them both back to Mexico and charge the Mexican government for every American dollar spent on this woman and her anchor.

What I don't get is why does she think her son can't go with her? I don't believe she's come out and said that, but her and her supporters are saying they will be seperated, and I'm sure the MSM is trying to promote this sympathy for her. BS lady!!! your anchor baby can go home w/ you.
