I was wondering the same thing. She looks like she's spread out in the picture where she is holding the dog.

Since Elvira is a criminal, why is she hoping and waiting for Congress to pass amnesty? Isn't she ineligible to stay in the US, with her criminal background, even though she says her son is an American citizen? Knowing how DHS and Immigration works, she will probably be the first to receive citizenship if amnesty is passed.
