YORK - An employee of the Water Country USA water park has been arrested and charged with sexually molesting three females, including two juveniles, at the park.

Sandeep Deebak Agarwal, a 22-year-old native of India who was working at the Williamsburg-area park this summer, is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of sexual battery.

Sgt. Dennis Ivey, a spokesman for the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office, said the two juveniles were 11 years old and the adult was in her 20s.

The incidents happened on Tuesday. Ivey said there were complaints that Agarwal was "groping" female park guests while assisting them onto a water ride. Ivey said none of the victims was injured.

Agarwal, who has a legal work visa, is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.

Why is this guy from India having a work visa to help people onto a ride at a water park? I am sure there a plenty of high school and college kids who would love that job with sunshine and fresh air and they won't grope.
Don't tell me this is another job Americans won't do.
I guess India, even though it has received so much outsourcing of our payrolls, call centers, etc. is still in need of remittances from here to keep their economy healthy.

No mention of whether or not ICE is going to be involved the charges against him are serious and are deportable felonies. This guy should be deported.

We had a recent case in Bucks County, PA of an Indian immigrant who ran a "driving school" who was convicted of assaulting several of his "students"....mostly young female student drivers. Sick, sick , sick.
