The political melding of the North American continent will never be put to a vote, but the blueprints for the merger of Mexico, Canada, and the United States are well underway at the American University in Washington DC and in many other think tanks across the nation.

The American University Center for North American Studies offers courses in many fields of study, but the foundation of the program is directly linked to the implementation and cultural re-engineering of a one-world order or global capitalist governance.

The program is too immense to list all the courses, but some you need to know are: “Mexico-U.S. Border,� “North America: A Union, A Community, or Just Three Countries,� and “Politics of Regional Integration.�

When was the integration of our country with Canada and Mexico discussed on TV? When did our representatives and president bring this information to our tables? The class description for “North American Social Movements� reads:


“This course examines movements in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The focus of the course is on movements that address questions of political and economic integration in North America. The movements studied include a mix of left and right leaning movements as well as a balance between groups supporting and opposing regional integration.�

Erasing our borders and the re-engineering of our culture and mores is currently taught to our children in colleges and universities, yet the news of a new country is not released to the public. I don’t know about you, but that makes me really, really mad.

How very interesting that parents of American school children are asked to provide pencils, papers, scissors, glue, tissues, and school fees; to buy groceries from schools, to support Jump Rope for Heart, to buy magazines, books, support visiting authors, pay $1,500 annually for horrible cafeteria food, and salaries for teachers who regurgitate governmental propaganda cluelessly to our children, while students at A.U. are given grants, loans, and erasers to obliterate our American borders and way of life behind our backs? And where did the curricula for these university programs come from? Who wrote the textbooks? I want to know who invented the replacement for the United States of America.

Our Mexican neighbors are free to come and go and enjoy most of the same rights, as do American citizens. Our Canadians neighbors also come and go. We, too, pass across their borders while retaining our citizenship. Now, it seems, citizenship will be lip service-only as three diverse countries and cultures are skillfully and bureaucratically manipulated by enforced national borders and mandated cultural integration. Clearly American laws and our rights under those laws are meaningless. We need to get this through our heads.

This site will make clear that professors and students, commissions and panels, task forces and groups, and a thousand other formal collectives, including American students in prestigious American universities, are dismantling our country.

Our constitution, that served us so well, is no longer in operation. That is the truth. But why do “they� do this to the American people? Because “they� believe we are incapable of action now that the United Nations, with its army of nations, partnering organizations, and its Treaty of the Seas, believes itself capable of global control.

I hope Americans noticed the doings in Europe this recently. The world’s territories are merging, just as large conglomerates have been merging. The European Union, The North American-Mexican-Canadian territory; the actual governance infrastructure of the global business empire, with the U.N. as C.E.O., is being laid. Our once prosperous nation is systematically being stolen through redefinition to boost the profits and life styles of the very, very, very few. “They� are the vultures at the top of a secret and insidious food chain.

Equally, we were never informed about the Task Force for the Future of North America.

I found it by accident on the Internet, just as I did Agenda 21. This task force also aids in the drafting of the new order and borders of the North American continent. And just this day, I was forwarded another site, which I, in turn, forward to you. I strongly suggest that you open every “blue� item and read. You will see organizations that you have never heard of with powers that are unimaginable, but how, in the U.S. of A. did they obtain powers like these without the aiding and abetting of elected people and others in high places? Well, trust me – they had help. They had a lot of help, and for a very, very long time.

Also know that “enforcement� groups are forming. When you enter the website listed directly above, go to the “Law & Policy� section, and then click “Enforcement and Compliance Corporation� under the heading “Policy.� Read it and weep.

Enforcement corporations. Does this sound like the America you know? Now you better understand the Mexican-American border situation. Is the big picture taking shape? You scared yet? I am, and today I am looking for hope, but have no idea where to look. Today I realize the deception perhaps clearer than ever before, and to the bone. Please study and learn. Think of your children who will live their lives under the missions, whims, army, and very dark history of the United Nations.

Frank Gaffney {sp} who was with the Reagan Admin. I believe, is working his heart out to STOP this treasonous treaty! He know's the danger we're in.

I don't have his web site but you can search it. He's standing firm and needs as much support as he can get from the public.

That's why getting OUT OF THE UN is just as important as ILLEGAL ALIENS. The UN wants illegals to invade our nation in order to weaken it. They know without doubt that Americans would never bow down so it's advantageous to put these people {eventually which is really upon us} into public office.

CoC: On Monday March 14, the Independent Task Force on the Future of North America released a statement calling for a virtual surrender of Canadian sovereignty to U.S. interests on a variety of public policy fronts. Details:

On Monday March 14, the Independent Task Force on the Future of North
America released a statement calling for a virtual surrender of Canadian
sovereignty to U.S. interests on a variety of public policy fronts. Among
the recommendations coming from the Task Force chairs, which include former
Deputy Prime Minister John Manley, are:

- a North American energy pact that would help meet U.S. energy needs but
put at risk Canadian energy security in the areas of water, oil, natural gas
and hydro-electricity;

- a harmonization of immigration and refugee policies with the U.S. and
Mexico that would literally erase our ability to set policy in these areas;

- the creation of a trilateral threat intelligence centre that would have
Canadian policing and intelligence services working in close collaboration
with the CIA and the FBI;

- a common North American external tariff which would imply the loss of an
independent Canadian trade policy and have the U.S., Mexico and Canada
speaking as a single bloc at international trade negotiations.

The Task Force seeks to have these recommendations in place in less than
five years. The Task Force's full statement can be found on our website (see

Where does our Prime Minister stand on this proposal? On March 14, a CTV
National News story by Tom Clark reported that "secretly he is in support of
this."

We are asking Canadians to register their opposition to these plans by
contacting Prime Minister Paul Martin immediately. It is critical that the
Prime Minister clearly rejects this agenda before he meets with President
George W. Bush and President Vicente Fox in Waco, Texas on Wednesday March
23 to discuss, in Manley's words, "the architecture of the future."

I strongly urge you to reject the recent Chairmen's Statement from the

I am very concerned about its implications for Canadian sovereignty with
respect to energy security and the harmonization of trade, foreign, defence,
immigration and refugee policies with the United States and Mexico.

I believe that Canadians have a right to hear your dismissal of the Task
Force's statement before you meet with President George W. Bush and
President Vicente Fox on Wednesday March 23.

A CTV news report indicates that you are "secretly" in support of the Task
Force statement. I find this deeply distressing and trust that you will
clearly reject the Task Force's agenda immediately.

Canada's elites have never been more out of sync with ordinary Canadians and
if you want proof they have come up with the most comprehensive plan to
change this country since the free trade deal of the late 1980s. The plan
talks talked of a North America security perimeter, the elimination of
tariffs and a common energy policy and is called ‘deep integration' by its
promoter. Others have given it a different name - an annexation initiative.
At the end of 10 or fifteen years Canada as we know it - a sovereign nation
whose institutions reflect our unique values - could be well on its way to
disappearing.

The Canadian members of this task force are the elite of the elite. The
Canadian co-chair is John Manley, quite likely the next leader of the
federal Liberals. Michael Wilson, former Tory finance minister and former
Quebec Premier Pierre Mark Johnson are also members as is Tom d'Aquino,
whose Canadian Council of Chief Executives first hatched the scheme.

Among the most controversial recommendations of the task force would be the
elimination of the current NAFTA exemptions for culture. Another would
expand the egregious energy provisions of NAFTA to electricity. And NAFTA
already guarantees the U.S. an ever-increasing percentage of our gas and oil
production - to electricity. Yet another could see the eventual diversion
of Canadian rivers to the US. In effect, this is what Canada will have to
put on the bargaining table to receive in return what we supposed to get
with free trade: unfettered access to the US market.

The promoters of this annexationist plan believe that the only way Canada
will not be hurt by U.S. security concerns is to adopt those concerns as our
own â€â€
