The only way these people will get out of poverty is mandatory population control, get rid of their corrupt government, education and job training. No more money, no more aid, no more oatmeal with ZERO results if they continue to have 8-10 children they cannot support or feed! Stop paying the extortion money to these countries to keep their own people. They send them anyway and keep OUR money! We have been giving them billions and billions for decades...no more!

Give them a "Comprehensive Plan for Reform"...they agree to it, and send in a team of professionals to implement it.

End the failed illegal immigration, human trafficking, asylum and refugee programs. They MUST fix and reform their own countries...not abandon them.
