A workplace lawsuit filed by a group of immigrant laborers against a cleaning contractor popular with posh Strip restaurants is the latest controversy over how third-party operators conduct business in the strictly-regulated atmosphere of casinos.
The workers allege that Bravo Pro Maintenance made them work 13 hours a day, seven days a week, cleaning hip spots such as CatHouse at the Luxor and Trader Vic’s at Planet Hollywood — without breaks and without overtime. Frivolous...
They are NOT supposed to be here and certainly NOT supposed to be working here. Both are against the law. Neither do they have the paperwork to PROVE they have been working or working ALL those hours...Throw it out.
Charge the company with hiring illegal workers and fine them. Deport the illegal aliens. EASY

Order their employer to pay them off if they are owed money and their employer has it if they do not it is not our fault we should not make it up for them (Americans do not get paid for work they do sometimes) and then fire them and deport them.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Beautifully stated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!The difference between an immigrant and an illegal alien is the equivalent of the difference between a burglar and a houseguest.
