Inman family to observe tenth anniversary of Dustin’s death with a candlelight vigil - American family separation one of the consequences of the illegal immigration invasion

Dustin Inman was a sixteen-year-old American boy killed by an illegal alien in a senseless traffic collision on Father’s Day weekend in the year 2000.

    When: 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 16, 2010

Where: Rolling Hills Memory Gardens cemetery, 4355 Highway 92
    Acworth, GA 30102 MAP HERE

Killed by an illegal alien at age 16 on Father’s Day weekend, Dustin Inman was one of the un-counted thousands of Americans who have needlessly lost their lives because government in America refuses to secure American borders or enthusiastically enforce American immigration and employment laws.

On June 16, 2000, a speeding vehicle driven by Gonzalo Harrell-Gonzalez hurtled into the rear of the Inman family’s car while it was stopped at a red light in Ellijay, Georgia - killing Dustin and knocking unconscious Kathy and Billy Inman - Dustin’s parents. Because of their injuries in the wreck, Kathy and Billy were not able to attend their only son’s funeral

When she regained consciousness after five weeks in a coma, Kathy learned of Dustin’s death and that because of spinal injuries received in the wreck that killed him, she would spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair. According to Billy Inman, the family has lost track of the exact number of corrective surgeries Kathy has endured because of the crash that separated the Inman family.

Kathy is now being cared for at home by a part-time visiting nurse and her husband after the most recent operation to relieve the pain which occurred last week.

“Billy Inman will tell you that he blames his federal and state government for his son’s death more than he blames the illegal alien who killed him. No one should have to suffer the mental and physical agony these fine folks have been enduring for ten yearsâ€

What a sad story. Sadly, our media only really cares to highlight children of illegal aliens. They make the children's stories seem so sad. In reality, there would have been no threat of family separation if the parents had just stayed in Mexico, or immigrated here legally. The parents want to take shortcuts and break the law; and their children pay for it. Illegals: go home. Take your kids with you. Stop killing our children.

An American family destroyed by illegal immigration! Where is our chicken shit MSM when stories like this are out there. I guess they are too busy looking for the next illegal invader SOB story to ram down our throats - regarding their beloved illegal invader scum - to worry about an American family ravaged by illegal invaders!

The federal and state governments along with local police and county sheriffs departments who fail to enforce US immigration law are responsible for every life taken, every injury inflicted and every dime of economic damage caused by the ravages of illegal immigration.

I don't know how the Americans and their families who have suffered the needless consequences of illegal immigration will ever forgive our nation or the people who let this happen to them.

How do you forgive wanton disregard and such ultimate betrayal?

That's a great question Judy and one I have often asked myself. All I can say is that I do not believe I could be as forgiving and civil as some of these poor family members have been.

    I'll leave it at that....

Although the federal as well as local governments are mainly responsible, it is impossible to sue government agencies to recover your losses, which has been the main reason people have been frozen over illegal immigration.

The underlying reason this is happening is the employer who makes it possible for the illegals to be here, stay here and enable them to buy a car. I was hit by an illegal, no license, but the insurance paid for the damage. The car was not registered to the illegal and I don't know why they paid since the owner allowed an unlicensed driver to operate it. I had already planned that I would not recoup the damage and picked up the police report, and drove past his address (in another car). I planned to wait at the exit for the street early in the morning and follow him to work. I checked the property assessment and knew who his landlord was. I planned to sue both the employer and the landlord for my damages but they were paid by the insurance company.

Yes, but that is actually a bit of a misconception about not being able to sue the government, which is nothing more or less than a petition for a redress of grievances. We've always had the right to sue our government for loss and damages. It's right here in the First Amendment to the US Constitution:

    First Amendment
    US Constitution

    Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
    Redress Definition:

    http://www.thefreedictionary.com/redress

    re·dress (r-drs)
    tr.v. re·dressed, re·dress·ing, re·dress·es
    1. To set right; remedy or rectify.
    2. To make amends to.
    3. To make amends for. See Synonyms at correct.
    4. To adjust (a balance, for example).
    n. also (rdrs)
    1. Satisfaction for wrong or injury; reparation. See Synonyms at reparation.
    2. Correction or reformation.
US Constitution. Learn it. Live it.

Memorial service held for Dustin Inman
June 18, 9:32 AM Atlanta Immigration Examiner Inger Eberhart

On Wednesday, Mr. and Mrs. Inman held a memorial service for their son Dustin. He will forever be 16 years old. Ten years ago on Father's Day, he was killed by Gonzalo Harrell-Gonzalez, an illegal alien.

Those in attendance at the memorial service were uniformed officers and their bosses from at least four different counties: Cobb, Whitfield, Gwinnett, and Cherokee. All four counties have the 287g program or are in the application process for the program. Mr. D.A. King, the President of the Dustin Inman Society was also in attendance. CBS Atlanta 46 and WSB covered the memorial for the press.

This Father's Day weekend and each day thereafter, please send a prayer for not only the Inman family but for all families that have been the victims of a government that has failed to secure America's borders.

Often, illegal immigration advocates parade stories of those simply "wanting a better life", a better education, etc. But rarely do you hear the stories of those who lives are forever changed because of the crime that is illegal immigration.

If you or anyone you know may have information leading to the capture and arrest of Gonzalo Harrell-Gonzalez please contact your local police or leave an anonymous tip at America's Most Wanted.
