Thread: Deporting Illegal Immigrants

I just finished watching a movie about the French Revolution where they had a bunch of rich, corrupt aristocracy to deal with and they chose a Guillotine to do it with, but enough about that.

I also had a copy of The New American with a story in it in the study I think you would like. I'll reprint some excerpts here for you but you may want to take in the whole story at the links provided.

Deporting Illegal Immigrants

Pardon me, but if I hear one more time that we can’t deport 12 million illegal aliens I’m headed for the backyard to howl at the moon. Is the American memory so short that we’ve already forgotten the 1950s? This writer is old enough to remember very clearly the mass deportation of illegal aliens that occurred in 1954 in what was officially termed “Operation ~~~backâ€

Here is my two-step plan.

We may have to kiss the keisters of the illegal invaders, it is still a felony to aid and abet them.

If some honest men and women in law enforcement, would go after the lowlifes in the government, business, and the general population that have been aiding and abetting them, by the time they had enough of a handle on the job to raise their heads and look around, I don’t think many illegal aliens would still be left.

We don't need any new laws to do this either. Just some honest men and women in law enforcement that take their oaths of office seriously!

Finding them is the first step!



Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(B)(ii)

"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."
Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:
* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

A smaller percentage of the criminals involved in the tyranny are of Hispanic decent than one would imagine at first glance!

The next largest percentage after Mexicans is illegal aliens from India, many of whom have been caught with forged documents, including fake resumes to get jobs from Americans.

Getting rid of the vast majority of illegals here is a piece of cake

Once you get serious about enforcement , I mean really serious , they will be running for the border

Look at what Arizona did , If we got really tough in every state , first , several million would be running for the border , some enclaves like Chicago and LA would of course get violent and require NG to clean out the rats nests

Millions would run for the border

But does anyone see anyone cracking down anytime soon?

There was a lot of people coming from India into the previous city I lived in. Some came in legally with the HB visa scam and displaced the American collage kids out of their computer programing jobs they had studied so long for. Not only displaced them out of their jobs but displaced them out of their city.

The criminals I wanted to call attention to though are the millions of Americans that are profiting from and aiding and abetting illegal immigration for their own personal reasons. They really need to be dealt with.

Thoroughly disgusting isn't it?

The easiest way to get rid of illegals is to harshly penalizing employers of illegals. If there are no jobs they will be forced to leave. If we stop giving benefits to anchor babies as well they would not be able to survive on their measly income. We should also tax remittances being sent out.

It is disguisting and it all boils down to campaign donations. Big business wants their cheap slave labor and they are the ones who contribute to politicians campaigns. We need to end big business campaign donations.
