    Farmers Branch ruling blocked

    Just read on that the farmers branch bill has has been blocked. The judge say that cities cannot enforce Federal Law!!

    So if cities can't enforce federal law then I guess any crime that is a federal crime can be committed there without worry of being prosecuted.
