SAN DIEGO - At the world's busiest border crossing, the fast lane has become an exercise in bumper-to-bumper frustration. A program unveiled in San Diego a decade ago to speed entry for frequent border-crossers who had already passed a criminal background check has become clogged â€â€

San Diego, inspectors are scrutinizing SENTRI drivers more closely, and that is causing delays.

Makes me wonder if the Real ID will do the same thing.
