Union President Testifies: ICE HQ Ordered Agents Not to Arrest Illegals--Including Fugitives

(CNSNews.com) - Chris Crane, president of a union that represents Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, testified in the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration last week that ICE agents have been told by ICE headquarters not to arrest illegal aliens who do not have a prior criminal conviction even if they are fugitives who have been ordered deported by an immigration judge or are individuals who have illegally re-entered the United States after being deported and thus have perpetrated a felony.

“Aliens who could not be arrested included but were not limited to ICE fugitives that had been ordered deported by a federal immigration judge as well as aliens who had illegally re-entered the United States after deportation, a federal felony,â€

HE HAS GOT TO GO HE IS STICKING HIS CHEST OUT BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION IN LIBYA, WHILE HIS OWN CITIZENS ARE AT HIS MERCY HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. TO ME, HE IS NO BETTER THAN THE DECEASED LEADER OF LIBYA. HE IS ACTING AGAINST THE AMERICAN CITIZENS IN FAVOR OF THOSE WHO ARE HERE ILLEGALLY.

Obama and his back door amnesty policy has created this move by ICE. Napi was rightly charged the other day in the senate committee of pandering to the latino groups and not enforcing the law. She claimed that the most ICE can deport is 400,000 a year. Thats all the funding allows. We need to put an end to the Democratic pandering of the latino community. Tax shelters and breaks to LaRaza need to be stopped on grounds of aiding and encouraging criminal activity within the US.

The president of a union that represents Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers testified in the a House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration last week that ICE agents have been told by ICE headquarters not to arrest illegal aliens who do not have a prior criminal conviction - even if they’re fugitives who’ve been ordered deported or have illegally re-entered the United States after being deported, reports CNSnews.com.

Chris Crane, who is also an active-duty ICE agent, told the committee on Oct. 12, “ICE officers and agents also alleged that they were not permitted to arrest or even speak to confirmed or suspected illegal aliens encountered in the field during operations and were prohibited from running standard criminal record checks for wants and warrants.â€
